These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Quillow, the study app available at quillow.fun and through our Android and web apps (the "Service"), operated by Quillow ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Quillow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You need an account to use most of Quillow's features. You can create one with Google, or email and password. You must be at least 13 years old to use Quillow. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. The information you provide (name, username, display name) must not be misleading, offensive or impersonate someone else.
You retain ownership of anything you post to Quillow, including group chat messages, display names, avatars and scores you share ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant Quillow a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display and transmit it as needed to operate the Service, for example showing your messages to other members of your squad. You are solely responsible for your User Content and for having the right to share it.

StudyGPT is an AI study assistant built on a third-party language model. Its answers can be incomplete, outdated or wrong, and it is not a substitute for a teacher, textbook or professional advice. Verify anything important before relying on it. Daily usage limits (such as AI image generations) may apply and can change without notice.
Quillow, its logo, design and underlying software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding. XP, gems, streaks, stars and league rank are in-app measures of progress only: they have no cash value, cannot be purchased, sold, transferred or redeemed for money, and exist solely within the Service.
You may stop using Quillow and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if we discontinue Quillow, with notice where reasonably possible.
Quillow is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content (including StudyGPT's output) will be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quillow and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, streaks, or progress. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, which for a free service is zero.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of Quillow after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
